Vanilla Caramel Flan recipe

Temperature: 350 ° F

Ingredients

  • 1 jar prepared caramel sauce
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5  large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Swirl caramel around to thinly coat bottom and sides of pan.
In large mixing bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Strain mixture and pour into 11-inch KaiserCast Heart Flan pan.
Bake for about one hour or or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate in the mold several hours or overnight.
Gently shake to loosen.
Turn onto serving dish. Serve with additional caramel.
