Upside Down German Chocolate Cake recipe

Temperature: 350 ° F

Ingredients

Cake
  • 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix (Name Brand) without Pudding
Bottom Layer
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
Icing
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese (No generic)
  • 1 pound Powdered sugar

Instructions

Line 9 X 13 Pan with Coconut and Nuts. Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut (slowly). Warm margarine, cream cheese. Stir in powdered sugar and pour warm mix over the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut. Icing will rise throughout the cake. This is so yummy!!!!
