Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light raisins
- 1/4 cup dark raisins
- 2 ounces chopped walnuts
- 2 ounces chopped raw cashews
- 2 ounces chopped pecans
- 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 2 ounces peanut butter chips
- 2 ounces butterscotch chips
Instructions
This mufin is candy-like in its taste and texture. Use the basic batter from the Macadamia Chip Muffins and add any or all of the ingredients listed below. Or, if I forgot some ingredient you like, add it! Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare your La Forme muffin pan by lightly brushing on a layer of melted butter. Let firm in refrigerator while preparing recipe. Or, line pan with paper liners. Prepare batter for Macadamia Chip Muffins. Along with macadamia nuts and white chocolate, add any or all of the above ingredients. Spoon batter into liners about 3/4 full. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning out of pan. Yield: 18 muffins
