Ingredients
- 6 Apples
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 TBS Maple Syrup
- 1 TBS Flour
Instructions
Put the 2 cups of flour in a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix with a fork until it is crumbly. Add the milk slowly until a moist dough is formed. Divide the dough into two equal sections. Keep one in the bowl, covered with a moist cloth. Roll the other between two sheets of wax paper into a circle. Lay the circle of pastry into a Kaiser Bakeware 9 inch pie pan. Peel and slice the apples into large chunks. Wash and slice the strawberries. Combine in another bowl. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, and flour. Stir well. Pour the mixture into the pie pan. Take out the other half of dough and roll it out. Lay it over the top of the filling and seal the edges. Cut a design in the top to vent. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
