Temperature: 350 ° F
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 6 ripe bananas
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time,beatimg after each addition. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add mashed bananas and blend, but do not over mix. Preheat oven. Bake in 2 - 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 greased loaf pans, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick placed in center of loaf comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
