Temperature: 350 ° F
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup each black cherry soda and melted cherry ice cream
- 2/3 cup each chopped dried cherries and raspberry chocolate chips
- few drops red food coloring
Instructions
Winner of the December 2003 Kaiser Bakeware Recipe Contest
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat in egg whites, soda, and melted ice cream.
Fold in cherries and chocoalte chips.
Add red food coloring a drop or two at a time and stir in until desired color is obtained.
Pour batter into nonstick 9"x9"x2" pan.
Bake 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
