- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
Filling
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Recipe is for the La Forme 12" Loaf Springform Pan (item 630946). Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom and sides of Springform. Bake at 325 degrees F for 5 minutes. Filling: Beat Cream Cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, on low speed until blended. Add one of the Mix-It-Up recipes to the batter accordingly and pour blended batter into Springform. Bake: At 325F for 45-55 minutes or until centers are almost set. Use spatula to encircle crust and loosen from ring. Allow to cool completely BEFORE removing the ring. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish to your likening and serve. MIX -IT-UP! IDEAS Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Stir in 8 tbsp. of peanut butter, 4 tbsp. of milk and 6 ounces of chocolate chips into batter and bake accordingly. Chocolate Cheesecake Stir in 8 squares of Semi-Sweet Baking (Plain) Chocolate melted into batter and bake accordingly. Citrus Punch Stir in 1/4 cup of lemon, orange or lime juice; 1 Tbsp. flour and 1tsp. grated lemon, orange or lime peel and bake accordingly. Garnish each slice with a lemon, lime or orange slice and a twist of lemon, lime, orange or all three.
