Temperature: 350 ° F
Ingredients
- 3 C. Cooking Apples, cored, peeled and sliced
- 3 C. Pears, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 C. Raisins
- 1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
- 1 t. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 t. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 C. Flour
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 C. Walnuts, chopped
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 3 T. Butter, melted
- 3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Heavy Cream
Instructions
Combine apples, pears, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and balsamic vinegar. Place fruit mixture into bottom of 13 x 9-inch LaForme Rectangular Springform Pan. Mix together flour, salt, walnuts, egg, melted butter and cheese and spoon over top of fruit in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 min. Serve warm with cream. Serves 6.
