Harvest Fruit 'N Cheddar Cobbler Crunch recipe

Temperature: 350 ° F

Ingredients

  • 3 C. Cooking Apples, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 3 C. Pears, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 C. Raisins
  • 1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 t. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1/2 t.  Salt
  • 1/2 C.  Walnuts, chopped
  • 1  Egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 T. Butter, melted
  • 3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Heavy Cream

Instructions

Combine apples, pears, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and balsamic vinegar. Place fruit mixture into bottom of 13 x 9-inch LaForme Rectangular Springform Pan. Mix together flour, salt, walnuts, egg, melted butter and cheese and spoon over top of fruit in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 min. Serve warm with cream.
Serves 6.
