Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Plugra Butter, Softened
- 3/4 Cup Bakers Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 1 Teapsoon Vanilla
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 12 Ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon,and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture; mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop dough in rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet (best if you use a Silpat as well). Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
