EASY RUM CAKE recipe

Temperature: 325 ° F

Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
  • 1 PKG.  ANY YELLOW OR BUTTER GOLDEN CAKE MIX
  • 1 PKG. VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
  • 1/2 CUP LIGHT RUM
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 CUP OIL
  • 4 EGGS

Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325. BUTTER A KAISER BUNDFORM PAN. CRUMBLE NUTS INTO BOTTOM OF PAN. PLACE PAN IN FRIDGE WHILE REMAINING BATTER IS PREPARED.
COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BEAT TWO MINUTES. POUR INTO PAN AND BAKE ONE HOUR
