Ingredients
- 21/2 cups Self rising flour
- 1 cup Sugar substitute suitable for baking
- t teaspoon cinnamon extract
- 3 tablespoons Canola oil
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup peach necter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Greas and flour 10" 7 cup loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool at least an hour before cutting.
