Cranberry Nut Bread recipe

Temperature: 350 ° F

Ingredients

  • 21/2 cups  Self rising flour
  • 1 cup  Sugar substitute suitable for baking
  • t teaspoon cinnamon extract
  • 3 tablespoons Canola oil
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup peach necter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup  sliced almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Greas and flour 10" 7 cup loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into pan.
Bake 55-65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool at least an hour before cutting.
