Chai Tea Latte Apple Bread recipe

Temperature: 350 ° F

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugarfree Chai Tea Latte Mix
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a Kaiser Bakeware La Forme Loaf Springform Pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside until needed.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Stir well; set aside until needed.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium until creamed. Add applesauce, milk, yogurt, egg whites, and chai latte mix. Beat until well-combined. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture beating until well blended. Fold in granola.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with whipped topping, if desired.
